Dr. Litteral, a Licensed and Board Certified Chiropractic Physician, is also a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist specializing in neuromuscular disorders, as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor. She is a graduate of Shawnee State University and Texas Chiropractic College. She teaches classes in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, and Business at several area colleges. Her post graduate studies have included treatment of the extremities, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, myofascial treatment of the spine and extremities, nutritional support, rehabilitative therapy, and post-surgical rehabilitation. 

     Dr. Litteral has devoted her career to helping those in need of relief from stress and painful musculoskeletal disorders. Her vision is to supply you with the knowledge and ability to live a vital and fully functional life.
