You will receive a screening call one day before your appointment and you will be asked to prepay for your appointment at that time. This minimizes face to face interaction.
Wait in your car if you are early for your appointment. We also request anyone accompanying the client/patient to wait in the car.
Bring only essential items with you like phone, keys, credit card, etc.
Upon entering the office, we ask that you wear a mask at all times. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.
Please remove shoes upon entering the office.
Your temperature will be taken and we will ask you to sign a COVID-19 release form.
We ask that you go immediately to the restroom to wash your hands.
Avoid touching any surfaces after washing your hands
A container will be provided for your clothing, which will be disinfected between clients.
Your massage therapist/esthetician will wear full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) - lab coat (changed between clients/patients), eye protection, mask, and gloves.
All appointments must be scheduled ahead of time. We are not accepting walk-ins.

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients/patients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule, because you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible.
