We have a 48 hour cancellation policy due to a high demand for appointments. A credit card id required to hold all appointments and in case you cannot make it, PLEASE cancel your appointment 24 hours before or we will have to charge you for the full price of the treatment.
We work with many people with health concerns including allergies and environmental sensitivities. On the day of your visit we ask that you refrain from using perfumes, body sprays, lotions, etc. that are made with synthetic fragrances.
We ask that you speak in a quiet voice during your visit so that other guests can enjoy their time at the spa as well. Please silence your cell phone and refrain from using it while in the spa.
Gift certificates are available and can be purchased by visiting our home page. They are non-refundable, but can be transferred. Gift Certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase. All gift certificates sold by Moxie have to be redeemed with Dr. Litteral and cannot be redeemed with another therapist unless special consideration is made. All sales are final.
